The Harris Firm L.L.C. was founded by Attorney Steven A. Harris to provide reduced flat rate attorney fees for certain legal issues.  Mr. Harris obtained his law degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University and is licensed to practice in all Alabama State Courts and the U.S. District Court for the prattville divorceNorthern and Middles Districts of Alabama.

We are currently offering attorney’s fees at a flat rate of $290 for simple uncontested divorces without minor children and $380 for simple uncontested divorces with minor children across Alabama.  If you are living in Prattville, then you will be most likely filing in either Autauga County or Elmore County.  There is also a filing fee that varies from county to county (Elmore County’s filing fee is about $235 and Autauga County’s filing fee is about $240).  We are a statewide law firm and can help you with your uncontested divorce no matter where you are located in the State of Alabama, as long as either you or your spouse have resided in Alabama for the last six months.
